Ingredients For Pineapple Raita :

  • Pineapple /Ananas chunks - 1 cup
  • Thick Curd - 2 cup
  • Cumin (Jeera)powder  - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green Chili  - 1/2 tsp (finely chopped)
  • Sugar  - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves - 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
  • Black pepper  - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Method For Pineapple Raita :


  • Whisk the curd till smooth in a bowl.
  • Add sugar, cumin seed powder and salt.
  • Add chopped green chilli in it and mix well.
  • Add pineapple chunks in it and mix well.
  • Garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Sprinkle black pepper on top.
  • Enjoy Pineapple Raita with Pulao , Biryani etc.
