Ingredients for Paneer Badami Kabab :

  • Paneer - 150 gm
  • Cheese - 50 gm
  • Kaju - 100 gm
  • Badam - 20 gm (crushed)
  • Mustard Oil - 20ml
  • Fresh Cream - 50 gm
  • White pepper - 10 gm
  • Jeera Powder - 1/4 teaspon
  • Kitchen King Masala - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Green chilli - 2 no's (chopped)
  • Thick Curd - 25 gm
  • Salt to taste

 

Method for Paneer Badami Kabab :

  • Soak kaju overnight , then grind into paste.
  • Add into it cheese , fresh cream , kitchen king masala , mustard oil, jeera powder, salt , curd and pepper and keep aside for few minutes.
  • Stuff coarsely ground or crushed badam , grated cheese and cream and green chilli in paneer.
  • Dip the stuffed paneer into the kaju batter .
  • Grill it in the oven for 10 -10 minutes from both sides.
  • Enjoy Paneer badami Kabab with creamy onion salad.
