Ingredients for peanuts chutney:

  • Peanuts (Mungfali) -  1 Cup roasted
  • Onion (Piyaz) - 1 no's chopped
  • Red chili Pepper (Lal mirch) - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds (Sarson) - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste.

Method for peanuts chutney:

  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and chilli till onion is soft.
  • Mix fried chilli-onion and roasted peanuts and grind to paste in a blender.
  • Season with mustard seeds.
  • Enjoy peanuts chutney with Idli / dosa or rice.
