Ingredients For Dahi Puri :
- Puris (golgappa) - 1 pkt (20 no’s)
- Yoghurt (thick) - 1/2 cup
- Peas (boiled with salt) - 1/2 cup
- Potatoes (boiled) - 1/2 cup
- Jeera(cumin seeds) - 1/4 teaspoon
- Haldi Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Imli Chutney - 4 tablespoon
- Oil (as required)
- Salt to taste
For garnishing
- Fresh Coriander (chopped)
- Cumin Seed Powder (roasted)
- Red Chilli Powder
- Black Salt (kala namak)
- Fine Sev (ready made)
- Salt to taste
Method For Dahi Puri :
- Take a pan and heat oil in it.
- Add cumin seeds to the heated oil.
- When the seeds start spluttering add the diced boiled potatoes.
- Now add salt, chilli powder, haldi powder and garam masala powder.
- Saute for a few minutes and then remove the pan from the stove.
- Pour the yoghurt in a bowl and whip it properly.
- Make a small hole at the centre of each puri.
- Now put into it the boiled peas, potato mixture and little sweet chutney.
- Pour two tsp of yogurt into the puri.
