Non Vegetarian Recipes - SeaFood Recipes

Ingredients:
  • Prawns  - 1/2 kg
  • Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder -  1 teaspoon
  • Ajwain powder -  1/2  teaspoon
  • Ginger and garlic paste -  1 teaspoon each
  • Lime juice -  2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste.
Method:
  • Clean prawns and put salt and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
  • After this remove the residue water.
  • Add turmaric,coriander,garam masala ,cumin ,ajwain powder and mix it thoroughly .
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and lime juice and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and put all the prawns and fry it.
