Non Vegetarian Recipes - Chicken Recipes
Chilli Chicken
Ingredients for Chilli Chicken:
  • Chicken - 1 whole
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Soya sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Green chilies - 6 no's
  • Onions - 3  no's chopped
  • Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs - 2 no's
  • Ajinamoto - 1 teaspoon
  • Oil - 3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Method for Chilli Chicken:

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces, wash and dry them.
  • Marinate the pieces with  Soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, chili sauce and salt.
  • Beat the eggs and pour them on the chicken pieces.
  • Add corn flour and mix the whole mixture well and allow it to stand for 2 hours.
  • Drain excess liquid and store in a container.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces and keep them a separate container.
  • Fry green chilies and onion and pour the excess liquid stored earlier,stir continuously and add the chicken pieces.
  • Pour the rest of the sauces and a pinch of salt,mix the corn flour with a little of water and pour in the pan.
  • Add the ajinamoto stir well.
  • Enjoy hot Chilli Chicken.
