Angoor Sharbat
Ingredients for Angoor (Grape) Sharbat:
  • Grape Juice - 4 cups
  • Orange Zest - 3-4 pieces
  • Cardamom - 3-4 no's
  • Cloves  - 2 no's
  • Cinnamon Stick - 1 no
  • Honey - 1/4 cup
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Salt - A pinch (optional)

Method for Angoor (Grape) Sharbat:

  • Tie the zest, cardamom seeds and cloves in a small piece of Museline cloth.
  • Place the grape juice and honey in a pan and cook over medium heat .
  • Remove it from the fire when it about to boil (do not let it boil properly).
  • Add the things which we tied in museline cloth and cinnamon stick and cover.
  • Set aside to be cooled and then remove the museline cloth tied things and cinnamon stick chill it.
  • Whenever to be served add water, mix and serve cold.
  • A pinch of salt can be added.
  • Serve Chilled Angoor (Grape) Sharbat.
