Ingredients for Angoor (Grape) Sharbat:
- Grape Juice - 4 cups
- Orange Zest - 3-4 pieces
- Cardamom - 3-4 no's
- Cloves - 2 no's
- Cinnamon Stick - 1 no
- Honey - 1/4 cup
- Water - 2 cups
- Salt - A pinch (optional)
Method for Angoor (Grape) Sharbat:
- Tie the zest, cardamom seeds and cloves in a small piece of Museline cloth.
- Place the grape juice and honey in a pan and cook over medium heat .
- Remove it from the fire when it about to boil (do not let it boil properly).
- Add the things which we tied in museline cloth and cinnamon stick and cover.
- Set aside to be cooled and then remove the museline cloth tied things and cinnamon stick chill it.
- Whenever to be served add water, mix and serve cold.
- A pinch of salt can be added.
- Serve Chilled Angoor (Grape) Sharbat.
