Ingredients:
- Guava - 1/4 Kg
- Vinegar - 1 cup
- Water - 2 cups
- Red chili pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Brown Cardamoms - 2 no's
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Ginger - 2 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Raisins - 1 teaspoon
- Almonds - 5
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Peel the guavas,cut into 2 halves and remove the seeds.
- Cut into thin slices and cook with ginger, garlic and water.
- Add sugar, crushed cardamoms, vinegar, chilli powder, raisins and almonds and cook on a hot fire till thick.
- Cool and put in a jar and cork tightly.
- Enjoy next day and so on.
