Ingredients for Stuffed Bathua Paratha:

  • Bathua Boiled - 1 Cup
  • Potato Boiled - 3 no's
  • Wheat Flour - 1/2 Kg
  • Carom seeds (Ajwain) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil for Greasing
  • Salt to taste
  • Enough Water to make dough

Method for Stuffed Bathua Paratha:

  • Mix bathua , potatoes salt and ajwain and make stuffing.
  • Mix flour with water and salt to make soft dough and keep for 10 min.
  • Take a small portion of dough , role it small and put some portion of stuffing and cover from all sides .
  • Roll it using some flour dust and put it on hot tawa .
  • Grease the Paratha from both sides and make sure it is roasted well.
  • Enjoy Stuffed Bathua Paratha with chilled Raita or hot Tea or Coffee.
