Ingredients for Stuffed Bathua Paratha:
- Bathua Boiled - 1 Cup
- Potato Boiled - 3 no's
- Wheat Flour - 1/2 Kg
- Carom seeds (Ajwain) - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil for Greasing
- Salt to taste
- Enough Water to make dough
Method for Stuffed Bathua Paratha:
- Mix bathua , potatoes salt and ajwain and make stuffing.
- Mix flour with water and salt to make soft dough and keep for 10 min.
- Take a small portion of dough , role it small and put some portion of stuffing and cover from all sides .
- Roll it using some flour dust and put it on hot tawa .
- Grease the Paratha from both sides and make sure it is roasted well.
- Enjoy Stuffed Bathua Paratha with chilled Raita or hot Tea or Coffee.
