Ingredients for Fruit Shrikhand:
- Fresh curd/yoghurt (Dahi) - 8 cup
- Sugar (Chini) - 1 1/2 cup powdered
- Cardamom powder (Ilaichi) - 1/2 teaspoon
- Orange Segments (Santare ki fank) - 1/4 cup
- Grapes (Angoor) - 1/2 cup
- Bananas (Kela) - 1/4 cup roundels
Method for Fruit Shrikhand:
- Hang curds in a muslin cloth to remove water.
- Keep for at least four hours to drain out completely.
- Put the thick curd in a thali, mix in powdered sugar.
- Whisk the mixture for even mixing, add cardamom and fruit pieces.
- Keep in the refrigerator till time to offer.
- Enjoy cool or chilled Fruit Shrikhand.
