Groundnut Chikki
Ingredients for Groundnut Chikki:
  • Groundnut (Moongfali) - 1/4 Kg
  • Brown sugar (Shakkar) - 100 gms
  • Sugar (Chini)  - 50 gms
  • Ghee - 2 tablespoon
Method for Groundnut Chikki:
  • Roast groundnut and remove its skin.
  • Mix brown sugar and sugar in a frying pan.
  • Add a little water and boil the mixture.
  • When it attains chikki like consistency, mix groundnut.
  • Mix well and pour in a greased thali and cut into pieces.
  • Fill Groundnut Chikki in an airtight container.
