Ingredients for Groundnut Chikki:
- Groundnut (Moongfali) - 1/4 Kg
- Brown sugar (Shakkar) - 100 gms
- Sugar (Chini) - 50 gms
- Ghee - 2 tablespoon
Method for Groundnut Chikki:
- Roast groundnut and remove its skin.
- Mix brown sugar and sugar in a frying pan.
- Add a little water and boil the mixture.
- When it attains chikki like consistency, mix groundnut.
- Mix well and pour in a greased thali and cut into pieces.
- Fill Groundnut Chikki in an airtight container.
