French Fries
Ingredients for French Fries:
  • Potatoes - 1/4 Kg
  • oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste
Method for French Fries:
  • Peel , wash and cut the potatoes into strips of 1/2-inch thickness .
  • Soak potatoes in cold and salty water for 1 hour , drain well and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Heat oil in deep frying pan and fry potato strip until golden brown and tender, drain on paper towels.
  • Enjoy hot French Fries with tomato ketchup or mint/coriander chutney.
