Ingredients for French Fries:
- Potatoes - 1/4 Kg
- oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
Method for French Fries:
- Peel , wash and cut the potatoes into strips of 1/2-inch thickness .
- Soak potatoes in cold and salty water for 1 hour , drain well and pat dry with paper towels.
- Heat oil in deep frying pan and fry potato strip until golden brown and tender, drain on paper towels.
- Enjoy hot French Fries with tomato ketchup or mint/coriander chutney.
