Bread Rolls
Ingredients for Bread Rolls:
  • Bread- 8 slices
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Green peas - 1/4 cup
  • Cauliflower - 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum - 1/4 cup
  • Carrots - 1/4 cup
  • Cabbage - 1/4 cup
  • Beans - 1/4 cupPotatoes- 2 no's
  • Onions- 2 no's chopped
  • Ginger-Garlic- 2 teaspoon
  • Green Chili Paste- 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves - A bunch
  • Red chili powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
Method for Bread Rolls:
  • Boil green peas, cauliflower, capsicum, carrots, cabbage, beans, and potatoes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger, garlic & chili paste for few minutes add all the cooked vegetables and fry .
  • Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder & salt and mix well.
  • Remove from the fire , allow to cool and add chopped coriander leaves.
  • Remove the brown corners from the bread slices, dip the bread slices in water one at a time, take this out from water immediatly and squeeze out the excess water.
  • Keep the filling inside this bread and fold and seal the edges together with little water,refrigerate the rolls atleast for 2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry 2 rolls at a time until golden brown.
  • Enjoy hot Bread Rolls with mint/coriander chutney tomato Ketchup.
