Ingredients for Bread Rolls:
- Bread- 8 slices
- Oil for deep frying
- Green peas - 1/4 cup
- Cauliflower - 1/4 cup
- Capsicum - 1/4 cup
- Carrots - 1/4 cup
- Cabbage - 1/4 cup
- Beans - 1/4 cupPotatoes- 2 no's
- Onions- 2 no's chopped
- Ginger-Garlic- 2 teaspoon
- Green Chili Paste- 1 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves - A bunch
- Red chili powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder- 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Method for Bread Rolls:
- Boil green peas, cauliflower, capsicum, carrots, cabbage, beans, and potatoes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger, garlic & chili paste for few minutes add all the cooked vegetables and fry .
- Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder & salt and mix well.
- Remove from the fire , allow to cool and add chopped coriander leaves.
- Remove the brown corners from the bread slices, dip the bread slices in water one at a time, take this out from water immediatly and squeeze out the excess water.
- Keep the filling inside this bread and fold and seal the edges together with little water,refrigerate the rolls atleast for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry 2 rolls at a time until golden brown.
- Enjoy hot Bread Rolls with mint/coriander chutney tomato Ketchup.
