Ingredients for Bread Pakora:
- Bread Slices - 6 no's
- Gram Flour - 1cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Ajwain - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garam Masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method for Bread Pakora:
- Cut Bread slices into triangular shape.
- Make a smooth batter of gram flour by adding salt,red chili powder, garam masala, ajwain in water and mix well.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadhai dip bread piece in the batter and fry till crisp or golden brown on a low flame and drain on paper.
- Enjoy hot Bread Pakora with mint/coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
