Aloo Chaat
Ingredients for Aloo Chaat:
  • Potatoes - 1/4 Kg
  • Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin  - 1 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Tamarind chutney - 1/4 cup
  • Mint chutney - 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves  - A bunch
  • Onion - 1 no's chpooed
  • Tomato - 1 no's chopped
  • Oil for frying
Method for Aloo Chaat:
  • Peel wash and cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry potatoes, till golden brown and drain on paper.
  • In a bowl, place the fried potatoes and toss with red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt .
  • Add mint chutney, tamarind chutney according to taste and toss to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with chopped tomato, onion and coriander leaves before serving Aloo Chaat.
