Ingredients for Aloo Chaat:
- Potatoes - 1/4 Kg
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Roasted cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Tamarind chutney - 1/4 cup
- Mint chutney - 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves - A bunch
- Onion - 1 no's chpooed
- Tomato - 1 no's chopped
- Oil for frying
Method for Aloo Chaat:
- Peel wash and cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry potatoes, till golden brown and drain on paper.
- In a bowl, place the fried potatoes and toss with red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt .
- Add mint chutney, tamarind chutney according to taste and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped tomato, onion and coriander leaves before serving Aloo Chaat.
