Ingredients for Aloo Bonda:
- Potatoes - 1/4 Kg
- Green Chilies - 2 no's
- Coriander leaves - A bunch
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garam Masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Oil - 2 cup,for frying
- Salt to taste
Method for Aloo Bonda:
- Wash the potatoes , boil and mash them properly.
- Add salt, chili powder, garam masala, coriander, and green chilies and mix well.
- In a seperate bowl take a cup of gram flour, add little salt and chili powder to it.
- Add little water bit by bit and mixing with hand make a batter not too thick.
- Make small balls of potato mixture, dip in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
- Enjoy Aloo Bonda hot with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
