Strawberry Ice Cream 
Ingredients for Strawberry Ice Cream:
  • Strawberry  - 3 cup
  • Cream  - 2 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Strawberry essence - 1/2 teaspoon
Method for Strawberry Ice Cream:
  • Boil strawberries with little water till tender, cool and then blend to make puree.
  • Mix sugar in Pureed Strawberry, then beat in cream.
  • Add Strawberry essence and beat thoroughly.
  • Pour the mixture to a baking pan covered with foil and freeze until set.
