Chicken Soup
Ingredients for Chicken Soup :
  • Chicken legs - 4 no's
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Black Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger paste - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Aniseeds - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves - A few
  • Corn flour- 2 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - A pinch
  • Salt to taste
Method  for Chicken Soup:
  • Heat butter in a pressure cooker, add add aniseeds.
  • Add chicken, ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves and turmeric powder.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, then add pepper powder and salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add sufficient water and pressure cook upto 4 whistles or till chicken is tender.
  • Mix cornflour with 1/4 cup of water and add to the liquid into the cooker.
  • Cook for 5 minutes or untill thickens and enjoy hot chicken soup.
