Veg Pasta
Ingredients for Veg Pasta:
  • Green peas - 1/4 cup
  • Potatoes - 1/4 cup
  • Carrots - 1/4 cup
  • Cauliflower - 1/4 cup
  • Black Pepper - 2 teaspoon crushed
  • Garlic - 2 cloves chopped
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece
  • Onion - 1 no's chopped
  • Tomato - 1 no's chopped
  • Macaroni  - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato sauce - 2 teaspoon
  • Oil  - 2 teaspoon
  • All purpose flour - 2 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Butter - 1 teaspoon
Method for Veg Pasta:
  • Boil the macaroni in water with a pinch of salt, till its done.
  • Boil peas , carrots, cauliflower, and potatoes in water till done .
  • Mix together milk and all purpose without any lumps.
  • Heat butter in a pan add above mixture, stirring well and keep this white sauce aside.
  • Heat oil in the pan, saute onions, ginger and garlic, till they are light brown in color.
  • Add tomatoes and fry untill oil starts seperating, then add boiled vegetables and salt and saute for 5 mins.
  • Add tomato sauce and pepper, mix well for 2 mins, then add macaroni and cook well for 5 mins.
  • Pour the white sauce (prepared in step 4) and mix all the ingredients well, enjoy vegetable pasta.
