Ingredients for Veg Pasta:
- Green peas - 1/4 cup
- Potatoes - 1/4 cup
- Carrots - 1/4 cup
- Cauliflower - 1/4 cup
- Black Pepper - 2 teaspoon crushed
- Garlic - 2 cloves chopped
- Ginger - 1 inch piece
- Onion - 1 no's chopped
- Tomato - 1 no's chopped
- Macaroni - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Tomato sauce - 2 teaspoon
- Oil - 2 teaspoon
- All purpose flour - 2 teaspoon
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 1 teaspoon
Method for Veg Pasta:
- Boil the macaroni in water with a pinch of salt, till its done.
- Boil peas , carrots, cauliflower, and potatoes in water till done .
- Mix together milk and all purpose without any lumps.
- Heat butter in a pan add above mixture, stirring well and keep this white sauce aside.
- Heat oil in the pan, saute onions, ginger and garlic, till they are light brown in color.
- Add tomatoes and fry untill oil starts seperating, then add boiled vegetables and salt and saute for 5 mins.
- Add tomato sauce and pepper, mix well for 2 mins, then add macaroni and cook well for 5 mins.
- Pour the white sauce (prepared in step 4) and mix all the ingredients well, enjoy vegetable pasta.
