Chowmein
Ingredients for Chowmein:
  • Noodles - 1 Packet
  • Onion - 1 no's Sliced
  • Capsicum - 1 no's Sliced
  • Cabbage - 1 cup shreded
  • Carrot  - 1/4 cup Sliced
  • Beans  - 1/4 cup chopped
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
Method for Chowmein:
  • Boil water and add noodles and 1/2 teaspoon of oil, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Strain through cold water 2 -3 times and drain water and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions and stir fry for few seconds, add all other vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper and mix well, then add boiled noodles and mix well  .
  • Add vinegar, tomato sauce, chili sauce and soya sauce and stir fry for a minute.
  • Enjoy the vegetable chowmein hot.
