Noodle Recipes

Ingredients for Chowmein:
- Noodles - 1 Packet
- Onion - 1 no's Sliced
- Capsicum - 1 no's Sliced
- Cabbage - 1 cup shreded
- Carrot - 1/4 cup Sliced
- Beans - 1/4 cup chopped
- Soya Sauce - 2 tablespoon
- Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Pepper Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Method for Chowmein:
- Boil water and add noodles and 1/2 teaspoon of oil, cook for 5 minutes.
- Strain through cold water 2 -3 times and drain water and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions and stir fry for few seconds, add all other vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper and mix well, then add boiled noodles and mix well .
- Add vinegar, tomato sauce, chili sauce and soya sauce and stir fry for a minute.
- Enjoy the vegetable chowmein hot.
