Mutton Recipes

Ingredients for Mutton Fry:
- Mutton - 1/2 Kg
- Cinnamon - 2 sticks
- Cloves - 4 no's
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 inch piece
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Spring onions - 5 no's
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoon
- Onion - 1 no's
- Green chillies - 2 no's
- Salt to taste
Method for Mutton Fry:
- Grind all the ingredients except mutton into a paste and add salt.
- Mix this paste with mutton and place it in a pressure cooker.
- Add coconut oil and pressure cook for 4 whistles to come.
- Remove the lid and cook on low flame 10 minutes uncovered till dry.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the mutton pieces in oil.
- In another pan fry onions and green chillies till dark brown in color.
- Add the above mixture to the fried mutton and mix well.
- Enjoy hot Mutton Fry.
