Fried Chicken Wings
Ingredients:

  • Chicken Wings - 1/2 Kg
  • Curd/Yoghurt - 1 cup
  • Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken Masala  - 3 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Oil - 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Clean the chicken wings and mix it together with the rest of the ingredients except oil.
  • Keep it in sun for half an hour , stirring 2- 3 times in between.
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan, reduce the flame, put the chicken into the pan and cook one side for 15 minutes.
  • Then cook the other side for 15 minutes , remove from the flame.
  • Enjoy hot chicken wings with Tomato Sauce.
