Ingredients:
- Chicken Wings - 1/2 Kg
- Curd/Yoghurt - 1 cup
- Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
- Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Masala - 3 teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean the chicken wings and mix it together with the rest of the ingredients except oil.
- Keep it in sun for half an hour , stirring 2- 3 times in between.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, reduce the flame, put the chicken into the pan and cook one side for 15 minutes.
- Then cook the other side for 15 minutes , remove from the flame.
- Enjoy hot chicken wings with Tomato Sauce.
