Chicken Roll
Ingredients:

  • Cooked chicken - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 2 no's
  • Onion - 1 no's  chopped
  • Tomato - 1 no's chopped
  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Tortilla - A few
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions, add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the tomato, chicken and fry well, add the garam masala, salt and chilli powder.
  • In a bowl beat the eggs and season with salt.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil add 2 tablespoon of the egg and cover it with a tortilla.
  • When the egg gets cooked flip the tortilla and fill it with a little of the chicken mix.
  • On top of the chicken add a few chopped onions, cilantro and a dash of lime.
  • Roll it up and enjoy hot with ketchup.
