
Ingredients:
- Egg whites - 2 no's
- Boneless chicken breasts - 1/4 Kg
- Onion - 2 no's chopped
- Chestnuts - 10 no's
- Mushrooms - 1 can
- Cornstarch (Corn Flour)- 2 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoon
- Dry sherry - 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and set aside.
- Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts, put through food grinder with onion, water chestnuts, and drained mushrooms.
- Add cornstarch, salt, soy sauce, sherry and fold in beaten egg whites.
- Shape chicken mixture into small balls and fry in deep hot oil.
- Drain and enjoy hot chicken bites with red chilli sauce.
