Ingredients:
- Prawns - 1/2 kg
- Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ajwain powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger and garlic paste - 1 teaspoon each
- Lime juice - 2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste.
Method:
- Clean prawns and put salt and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
- After this remove the residue water.
- Add turmaric,coriander,garam masala ,cumin ,ajwain powder and mix it thoroughly .
- Add ginger-garlic paste and lime juice and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and put all the prawns and fry it.
