Non Vegetarian Recipes - SeaFood Recipes

Ingredients:

  • Crab meat -  1 kg
  • Butter -  4 tablespoon
  • White flour  -  1 tablespoon
  • Milk - 1/2  cup
  • Onion - 1 no's chopped
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 teaspoon
  • Bread -  2 no's
  • Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice -  1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Heat some butter in a pan and slowly blend in the flour.
  • Gradually add the milk and stir continuously and cook till it thickens.
  • Add the sauce, onion and bread cut into squares, stir and remove from heat.
  • Allow the mix to cool and fold in the mayonnaise, lemon, salt and pepper.
  • Now heat the remaining butter and toss in the crab meat till it is half done.
  • Now add in the cooled sauce and sprinkle paprika.
  • Bake the crab dish till the top turns light brown.
