Ingredients:
- Crab meat - 1 kg
- Butter - 4 tablespoon
- White flour - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1 no's chopped
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 teaspoon
- Bread - 2 no's
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat some butter in a pan and slowly blend in the flour.
- Gradually add the milk and stir continuously and cook till it thickens.
- Add the sauce, onion and bread cut into squares, stir and remove from heat.
- Allow the mix to cool and fold in the mayonnaise, lemon, salt and pepper.
- Now heat the remaining butter and toss in the crab meat till it is half done.
- Now add in the cooled sauce and sprinkle paprika.
- Bake the crab dish till the top turns light brown.
