Ingredients for Sandesh:
- Paneer - 1/4 Kg
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Rose water - 1 tablespoon
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pistachios nuts - 2 tablespoon crushed
Method for Sandesh:
- Combine the sugar and paneer , mash and mix well.
- Heat the mixture and stir constantly untill solidifies .
- Splash the rose water on it and remove from heat.
- Divide the mixture into 6 portions and flatten into round shapes.
- Place the cardamom and pistachios in two separate plates.
- Dip each portion into both plates in turn so that the front of the sandesh is coated with cardamom and pistachios .
- Enjoy cold Sandesh.
