Ingredients for Peda:
- khoya - 1/2 kg
- Sugar - 1/4 Kg powdered
- Cardamom - 3 no's powdered
- Cardamom seeds - 5 no's crushed
- Pistachios - 5 nos's crushed
Method for Peda:
- Grate the khoya, add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
- Heat it in a heavy based saucepan on high level for 1 minute and then reduce to low level heat till it is done.
- Allow to cool, shape pedas with palms into patty rounds.
- Put pistachios and cardamom seeds and press a bit on top of each peda.
- Enjoy Peda.
