Ingredients for Badam Ka Halwa:
- Almonds(Badam) - 1/2 Kg
- Sugar - 2 cup
- Saffron(Kesar) Colour - 2 drops
- Ghee - 1 cup
- Milk - 1cup
Method for Badam Ka Halwa:
- Leave the badams in hot water for an hour or more.
- Remove the skin and grind to a paste with the milk.
- Make sugar syrup and boil till it reaches a one string consistency.
- Add the badam paste and cook till it thickens and add kesar color.
- Add ghee little by little stirring continuously on low heat.
- Serve hot Badam Ka Halwa.
