Badam Ka Halwa
Ingredients for Badam Ka Halwa:

  • Almonds(Badam) - 1/2 Kg
  • Sugar - 2 cup
  • Saffron(Kesar) Colour - 2 drops
  • Ghee - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1cup

Method for Badam Ka Halwa:

  • Leave the badams in hot water for an hour or more.
  • Remove the skin and grind to a paste with the milk.
  • Make sugar syrup and boil till it reaches a one string consistency.
  • Add the badam paste and cook till it thickens and add kesar color.
  • Add ghee little by little stirring continuously on low heat.
  • Serve hot Badam Ka Halwa.
