Ingredients for Fish Tandoori:
- White fish fillets - 1 Kg 2-inch pieces
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Vinegar - 3 tablespoon
- Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - 4 tablespoon
- Salt To Taste
Method for Fish Tandoori:
- Blend together ginger, garlic, vinegar, salt, coriander, cumin, cayenne and oil in the blender to form a fine paste.
- Marinate the fish pieces into the paste for about 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Pre-heat the oven on maximum heat.
- Cover the oven tray with foil to avoid mess.
- Place the marinated fish pieces on the tray and boil for about 8-10 minutes.
- Turn over and boil for about 10 minutes again.
- Keep a constant check. Boiling time may vary depending on the thickness of fish pieces.
- Enjoy the tandoori fish hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
