Fish Recipes

Ingredients for Fish Fry:
- Fish - 1Kg
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Green chili - 2 no's chopped
- Bread crumbs - 2 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Water - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves - A bunch chopped
- Salt To Taste
Method for Fish Fry:
- Wash the fish and cut into pieces.
- Rub the turmeric over the fish pieces with salt and set aside for 20 minutes.
- Rinse the fish under running water.
- Mix remaining ingredients to make a smooth batter.
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan .
- Coat the fish nicely with batter .
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Enjoy hot Fish Fry.
