Fish Fry
Ingredients for Fish Fry:
  • Fish - 1Kg
  • Gram flour  - 1 cup
  • Green chili - 2 no's chopped
  • Bread crumbs - 2 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves - A bunch chopped
  • Salt To Taste

Method for Fish Fry:

  • Wash the fish and cut into pieces.
  • Rub the turmeric over the fish pieces with salt and set aside for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse the fish under running water.
  • Mix remaining ingredients to make a smooth batter.
  • Heat the oil in a deep frying pan .
  • Coat the fish nicely with batter .
  • Deep fry until golden brown.
  • Enjoy hot Fish Fry.
