Fish Recipes

Ingredients for Fish Korma:
- Fish - 1 kg
- C/yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Onion paste - 1/2 cup
- Ginger paste -1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste -1 teaspoon
- Coriander paste -1 teaspoon
- Cardamom - 4 no's
- Cinnamon - 1 stick
- Ghee/Butter - 4 tablespoon
- Green chilli - 4
- Kewra - 2 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Method fro Fish Korma:
- Do not cut the fish into too small pieces.
- Add all the ingredients ,except for the green chilles and kewra into the cooking dish,mix well and heat covered in low heat and turn over the fish once.
- When the water has almost dried up, add green chilli and kewra heat for another half hour in low heat till oil starts seperating.
- Enjoy Fish Korma hot with tandoori roti or rice.
