Ingredients for Stuffed Egg:
- Eggs - 2 hard boiled
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
- Onions - 1 no's chopped
- Meat - 3 tablespoon cooked ground / minced
- Green chili - 2 chopped
- Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon grated
- Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
- Corn starch - 1 tablespoon
- Egg - 1 no's beaten
- Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs - 1 tablespoon
- Salt To Taste
Method for Stuffed Egg:
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions till golden.
- Add the meat, salt, chili, coriander, ginger, tomato paste and lemon juice and fry for few minutes.
- Peel the shell and cut the hard boiled eggs into half length ways.
- Take out the yolks and add to the frying mixture.
- Cook for another 5 minutes and remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- Stir the corn flour into the beaten egg, making a batter.
- Place the breadcrumbs on a flat dish.
- Fill the meat mixture into the yolk cavity of each egg half.
- Cover with another half to make complete egg shapes.
- Dip the stuffed egg into the egg-corn flour batter and roll over the breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a kadhai over a medium heat and fry the stuffed eggs until golden all over.
- Garnish with coriander leaves .
- Enjoy Stuffed Egg with chutney or sauce.
