Stuffed Egg
Ingredients for Stuffed Egg:
  • Eggs - 2 hard boiled
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Onions - 1 no's chopped
  • Meat - 3 tablespoon cooked ground / minced
  • Green chili - 2 chopped
  • Ginger  - 1/2 teaspoon grated
  • Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Corn starch - 1 tablespoon
  • Egg - 1 no's beaten
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt To Taste

Method for Stuffed Egg:

  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions till golden.
  • Add the meat, salt, chili, coriander, ginger, tomato paste and lemon juice and fry for few minutes.
  • Peel the shell and cut the hard boiled eggs into half length ways.
  • Take out the yolks and add to the frying mixture.
  • Cook for another 5 minutes and remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  • Stir the corn flour into the beaten egg, making a batter.
  • Place the breadcrumbs on a flat dish.
  • Fill the meat mixture into the yolk cavity of each egg half.
  • Cover with another half to make complete egg shapes.
  • Dip the stuffed egg into the egg-corn flour batter and roll over the breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai over a medium heat and fry the stuffed eggs until golden all over.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves .
  • Enjoy Stuffed Egg with chutney or sauce.
