Ingredients for Egg Omelette:
- Eggs - 2 no's
- Onion - 1 no's chopped
- Green chilies - 2 no's chopped
- Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
- Red chili powder - 2 pinch
- Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt To Taste
Method for Egg Omelette:
- Beat the eggs and add milk, onions, green chilies, coriander, salt & chili powder until foamed.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add the beaten egg mixture and spread it round .
- Cook over low heat till mixture is firm and fry the other side.
- Enjoy hot Egg Omelette with bread or Paratha.
