Egg Omelette
Ingredients for Egg Omelette:

 

  • Eggs - 2 no's
  • Onion - 1 no's chopped
  • Green chilies - 2 no's chopped
  • Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder - 2 pinch
  • Milk - 1 tablespoon
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt To Taste

Method for Egg Omelette:

  • Beat the eggs and add milk, onions, green chilies, coriander, salt & chili powder until foamed.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and add the beaten egg mixture and spread it round .
  • Cook over low heat till mixture is firm and fry the other side.
  • Enjoy hot Egg Omelette with bread or Paratha.
