Ingredients for Egg Pakora (Pakoda):
- Eggs - 2 no's hard boiled
- Gram flour - 2 tablespoon
- Salt To Taste
- Red Chili powder - 2 pinch
- Black pepper powder - A pinch
- Oil 3 tablespoon
- Salt To Taste
Method for Egg Pakora (Pakoda):
- In a bowl take gram flour salt, chili powder and make a thick batter using water.
- Peel and cut boiled egg into two halves.
- Sprinkle little salt and pepper on eggs.
- Heat oil in a kadhai.
- Dip each egg piece in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
- Enjoy hot Egg Pakora (Pakoda) with tomato or chilli sauce.
