Egg Pakora
Ingredients for Egg Pakora (Pakoda):
  • Eggs - 2 no's hard boiled
  • Gram flour - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt To Taste
  • Red Chili powder - 2 pinch
  • Black pepper powder - A pinch
  • Oil 3 tablespoon
  • Salt To Taste

Method for Egg Pakora (Pakoda):

  • In a bowl take gram flour salt, chili powder and make a thick batter using water.
  • Peel and cut boiled egg into two halves.
  • Sprinkle little salt and pepper on eggs.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai.
  • Dip each egg piece in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Enjoy hot Egg Pakora (Pakoda) with tomato or chilli sauce.
