Ingredients for Egg Curry:
- Eggs - 2 no's (hard boiled)
- Onion - no's
- Tomato - 1 no's
- Garlic-Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
- Green chilies - 1
- Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
- Salt To Taste
Method for Egg Curry:
- Remove the shell of boiled eggs & keep aside.
- Make a paste of onion, garlic, ginger and green chilies in a grinder.
- Blend tomato separately in a blender to make a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and add onion-garlic paste and fry till golden brown.
- Add all the salt, turmeric, coriander and chili powder except garam masala.
- Fry for a minute and add tomato paste and fry till it starts leaving oil.
- Now add boiled eggs and add 1 cup of water and bring to boil and reduce the flame.
- Simmer for 10 minutes,remove from the fire and add garam masala .
- Garnish egg curry with coriander leaves .
- Enjoy hot Egg Curry with paratha, roti or rice.
