Egg Curry
Ingredients for Egg Curry: 
  • Eggs  - 2 no's (hard boiled)
  • Onion - no's
  • Tomato - 1 no's
  • Garlic-Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilies - 1
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt To Taste

Method for Egg Curry:

  • Remove the shell of boiled eggs & keep aside.
  • Make a paste of onion, garlic, ginger and green chilies in a  grinder.
  • Blend tomato separately in a blender to make a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion-garlic paste and fry till golden brown.
  • Add all the salt, turmeric, coriander and chili powder except garam masala.
  • Fry for a minute and add tomato paste and fry till it starts leaving oil.
  • Now add  boiled eggs and add 1 cup of water and bring to boil and reduce the flame.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes,remove from the fire and add garam masala .
  • Garnish egg curry with coriander leaves .
  • Enjoy hot Egg Curry with paratha, roti or rice.
