Mushroom Curry
Ingredients for Mushroom Curry :

  • Mushrooms -1/4 Kg
  • Butter /Oil- 3 tablespoon
  • Tomato puree - 1/2  cup
  • Tomatoes - 2 no's Chopped
  • Onions - 2 no's Chopped
  • Green chilly - 2 no's Chopped
  • Ginger paste - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Curd/yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
Method for Mushroom Curry :
  • Wash  the mushrooms and keep aside.
  • Heat butter/oil in a pan and add chopped onions and fry till transparent.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add all the spices and fry and add mushrooms, toss so that the spices should mix well with the mashroom and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add tomato puree, tomatoes, salt and cook for again 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the fire and microwave the mushroom gravy for 2 minutes.
  • Add the curd and mix well.
  • Enjoy Mushroom Curry with rice.
