Ingredients for Mushroom Curry :
- Mushrooms -1/4 Kg
- Butter /Oil- 3 tablespoon
- Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes - 2 no's Chopped
- Onions - 2 no's Chopped
- Green chilly - 2 no's Chopped
- Ginger paste - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
- Curd/yoghurt - 1/2 cup
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Method for Mushroom Curry :
- Wash the mushrooms and keep aside.
- Heat butter/oil in a pan and add chopped onions and fry till transparent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add all the spices and fry and add mushrooms, toss so that the spices should mix well with the mashroom and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add tomato puree, tomatoes, salt and cook for again 5 minutes.
- Remove from the fire and microwave the mushroom gravy for 2 minutes.
- Add the curd and mix well.
- Enjoy Mushroom Curry with rice.
