Ingredients for Chicken Pakora (Pakoda):
- Chicken Pieces - 1/2 Kg boneless
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Green Chillies - 2 no's chopped
- Onion - 1 no's chopped
- Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon each
- Vinegar - 2 teaspoon
- Curd/yogurt - 1 cup
- Lime juice - 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Method for Chicken Pakora (Pakoda):
- Blend all ingredients except chicken in blender till smooth paste.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the blended mixture/paste.
- Refrigerate it for 1 hour.
- Put chicken in batter.
- Deep fry it until its color changes to golden brown Condiments.
- Enjoy Chicken Pakora (Pakoda) with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
