Chicken Recipes

Ingredients for Chilli Chicken:
- Chicken - 1 whole
- Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soya sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Green chilies - 6 no's
- Onions - 3 no's chopped
- Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
- Eggs - 2 no's
- Ajinamoto - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - 3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Method for Chilli Chicken:
- Cut the chicken into small pieces, wash and dry them.
- Marinate the pieces with Soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, chili sauce and salt.
- Beat the eggs and pour them on the chicken pieces.
- Add corn flour and mix the whole mixture well and allow it to stand for 2 hours.
- Drain excess liquid and store in a container.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces and keep them a separate container.
- Fry green chilies and onion and pour the excess liquid stored earlier,stir continuously and add the chicken pieces.
- Pour the rest of the sauces and a pinch of salt,mix the corn flour with a little of water and pour in the pan.
- Add the ajinamoto stir well.
- Enjoy hot Chilli Chicken.
