Ingredients for Red Chilli Sauce:
Red chili pods - 10 no's
Hot Water - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt to taste
Method for Red Chilli Sauce:
Remove stems, seeds and veins from the pods.
Rinse with cold water and soak in hot water for one hour
Blend the soaked red chillies until smooth and skins disappear.
Add 2 cloves garlic and salt .
Blend again .
Enjoy
Red Chilli Sauce
with hot snakes.
