Ingredients for Mint Sauce:
- Mint leaves - 1 cup
- Malt vinegar - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
Method for Mint Sauce:
- Wash mint leaves and chop into fine pieces.
- Bring vinegar to a simmer in a small saucepan, add salt, sugar and chopped leaves.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes to infuse, add little water if needed.
- Cool it and blent to make a thick and smooth sauce.
- Enjoy Mint Sauce with snacks like samosa, pakoras etc.
